Email perimeter screening products like Abnormal Security, Checkpoint, Mimecast, Proofpoint help combat this.

But your personal or company mobile phone receiving a voice based phishing phone call?

This is a different set of rules, which is only going to get more complex due the rise of attack oriented Artificial Intelligence systems.

This cyber security problem for business is here now, as illustrated by Brian Krebs. Working through how to combat this will be a mix of policy creation, process improvement in relation to “chain of custody” treatment of data and telecommunications companies working to screen numbers across their networks with phone number anti-spam services like Hiya Inc.
